The GIAHC Young Leaders (GYL) Spend the Day on Capitol Hill This year GYL were proud to conduct the training session for the day on the Hill.
GIAHC has signed a MOU with the Clinton Health Initiative Access (CHAI), Rwanda, to raise awareness about cervical cancer prevention and the tools that are currently available to eliminate this cancer. The project will be initiated by launching a website to reflect Rwanda’s progress in this field and provide relevant information to attain the goals set forth by the WHO on the cervical cancer elimination initiative.

At the World Health Assembly on May 23, 2025, the WHO declared November 17th as the World Cervical Cancer Elimination Day. In order to mark the significance of this day, GIAHC Young leaders will raise funds to help with HPV education in 6 schools in Malawi.
